The enterprise is a military (an institution specialized professional) to perform the duties of the system through the stern action in the application and implementation of the orders based on a set of strict laws that make this system and formations lead literally work both in the operations of the defense of the borders of the country or in maintaining internal security, which of course requires the use of force and fall of victims according to the nature of the operations and clashes.
It is obvious that this institution and its formations require the presence of orders numbers are in preparation for the military special starting from the faculties of specialized military Staff Colleges and during the sessions of the military training and logistical requirements in order to gain experience and to prepare for the natural progression in the military ranks and responsibilityaccording to laws and regulations governing that reflected positively on the military operations that are forced to fight, and this is the system of professionalism in all the armies of the world. The institutions are military and security establishments are specific duties (to maintain
the prestige and authority of the State internally and externally by the use of force, which use when necessary based on the orders of the political leadership of the country) and the implementation of the commands in this leadership (as we are witnessing today in the operations of these institutions in the fight against terrorism and try to maintain the sovereignty and independence of the homeland
and the imposition of law and impose the prestige and authority of the State by a professional specialized professionally implemented the will of political leadership ( despite some objections from here and there that issued from some) regardless of the nature of the political leadership.
It is not permitted for those who belongs to these institutions link any political side to ensure the neutrality and not to yield to that dominate the others affect them when implementing the orders because, as we said an institution that must be built on the rules of the strict laws to ensure optimal performance of the duties they represent the power and prestige of the State (any state ) internally and externally.
Through this entrance the universally recognized internationally and nationally we highlights the subject of military trials that have taken place and at the present time on the work carried out in the past and that some of these professional military (not Non-emergency personnel) deserve these trials? Or that they have performed the role the duty are officials in militarily by virtue of their positions on the orders of the political leadership that are required for the implementation of the ordered?
Does deserved some of these military these trials satisfy this or that party or as a result of the desire for personal vengeance. Can Israel or America or Iran or Kuwait or other States, for example to try military leaders who carried out their duties according to the orders of the political leaders of this argument or those after the change of those political leaders to satisfy the people of Iraq or his government....???
